    Elevated ambience. Very good infrastructure with several bands, gym, spa etc.! Various restaurants and bars. Guests are well distributed over the different areas. Very friendly staff.

    Super location, very friendly staff, cleanliness. We'll come back for sure. Complaining on a high level. there could be a little more variety at breakfast with sausages. cheese and salads. Otherwise very good.

    Fairly large and fairly clean venue with a superb value and great staff. The marvellous location for the price, so close to hiking and other areas in the west area of the island, the harbour and local restaurants within and the waterfront. Fantastic stay on a London business trip, nothing too much trouble: D

    Outstanding views of the sunset from extremely spacious and luxurious rooms. Nice bathroom, really kind and genuinely nice staff from the chamber persons to receptionists. Good, GORGEOUS location in nearby villages. Also - right by the private beach and the a la carte restaurant and the cliffs.

    The hotel offers fine sea views and spacious rooms, perfect for our family stay. The staff at check-in were friendly, and we loved the rooftop pool with a relaxing atmosphere for our little one too.

    My kids wished there were more kid-friendly dining options. We mostly found adult meals, and it would be great to see a dedicated kids' menu for us families.

    I had an amazing 6-night stay in a Double Room Side Sea View. The infinity pool was amazing, and I loved the nightly turndown service with sweet treats. The breakfast spread was fantastic, but the dinner options got repetitive. I’d definitely come back!

    The smoked meats at the beach bar were a highlight, a taste of local flavor! The rooftop pool was fine, perfect for soaking up the sun. Breakfast was quite the feast, with a variety of options to kickstart your day!

    The service was a bit slow, especially at the Trapiche restaurant, and I wasn't thrilled with the extra fees for loungers. The room was a tad dark.

    Fantastic views from the SPE Ocean Suite, enjoyable. The room was clean and spacious, with excellent service from the staff. The mixology class was fun, and the spa treatments were great. The experience was marred by issues during checkout. Unexpected charges appeared, and it took time to resolve the refund process, quite frustrating. The dining at the A La Carte Restaurant didn't meet expectations compared to other places we've visited.
